    EMILY, Minn. — A teenager in central Minnesota died Friday morning after being involved in a three-vehicle crash. The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department said the crash happened at the intersection of County Road 1 and County Road 66 in Emily shortly after 8 a.m. According to officials, the primary crash involved a dump truck that was traveling north on CR 1 and an SUV entering CR 1 from the south.   A second SUV that was turning from CR 1 onto CR 66 was also struck, according to authorities.

    ISANTI COUNTY, Minn. — The Isanti police officer who pleaded guilty to sending a teenager a lewd photo last summer was sentenced to a year and a day in prison Monday, according to Isanti County court documents. The sentencing order said 32-year-old Nicholas Martell will complete his sentence at St. Cloud's correctional facility with credit for 75 days already served.
