On Tuesday, the Lebanon County District Attorney held a press conference to present evidence in the Veronika Rodriguez case. Rodriguez, an airman in the National Guard, was convicted of wiretapping and making a false claim about being raped by a military doctor in 2023. She went on a date with the doctor, where they both testified to consuming alcohol, and afterwards, had sexual intercourse in the back of a car. Rodriguez recorded the interaction.

BUT HERE AT THE LITITZ SPRINGS POOL, THEY DIDN’T LET THAT COLD TEMPERATURE SCARE THEM AWAY FROM THE START OF THE SEASON. A QUIET START TO THE SEASON FOR THE OUTDOOR POOL WITH THE YMCA OF THE ROSES. TODAY CLOSED TO HONOR MEMORIAL DAY AND CLOSED THIS WEEKEND DUE TO WATER AND AIR TEMPERATURES BEING BELOW IDEAL. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE FOR THE LITITZ SPRINGS POOL.

The law goes into effect across the state starting on June 5. It specifically targets the use of handheld devices, including a cell phone, while a driver is on a highway, even if they are stopped at a traffic light or stop sign.

A man who is charged with abuse of a corpse in Lancaster County and is facing two first-degree murder charges in Maryland is expected to be in court this week. The Lancaster County District Attorney's Office said Kevin Ahn's murder charges were filed in a Maryland district court's office back on April 3. That's just over a week after Ahn was arrested in Lancaster.
