    Memorial Park Conservancy announced plans Tuesday for a 100-acre revitalization that will be known as Memorial Groves, set to be complete in 2027 and designed to pay homage to the park’s history as World War I training site Camp Logan. “People have lived here their entire lives and may have run in this park every day and not know why we call it Memorial Park,” said Chris Ballard, president and CEO of the Memorial Park Conservancy.
