    MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — A Myrtle Beach couple is working to rebuild their lives after a fire destroyed the room they were renting at the Palace Resort on South Ocean Boulevard. The fire happened on Saturday while Cynthia and Lemard Landell were at work. The couple said they got a call about the fire around 1 p.m. and rushed home, only to find their belongings destroyed. Their dog, Bruno, was trapped inside the unit but was rescued by firefighters.
