Tashina Renee Dobbins, initially charged with felony petty theft, was arrested for failing to appear in court for sentencing. Dobbins was charged in connection with the death of store owner Ilson Kim, who was run over by a getaway driver during a shoplifting incident. A second suspect, David Frederick Pulliam Jr., was also charged with petty theft and resisting arrest in the same incident. Dobbins pleaded guilty to the theft charge but failed to appear for her sentencing hearing.
