McBEE, S.C. -- McBee coach Josh Tiller is SCHSL Class A's Baseball Coach of the year. This, per the South Carolina Baseball Coaches Association. Tiller, in his third year, coached the Panthers to what became the program's fourth state championship since 2016. After the Panthers captured Upper State by winning twice over Ware Shoals on that bracket's final day, the Panthers went to the deciding game in the state finals against Lake View. McBee won that series 2-1.
