COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia Water is warning drivers along a busy stretch of Harden Street that it will be closed as they work to repair a water main. The department said Harden between Pendleton Street and Senate Street is closed, along with Harden between Devine Street and Greene Street. SOUTH COLUMBIA, Columbia — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is asking the public for help finding two juveniles who escaped Department of Juvenile Justice custody and are still missing.
