    MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – The heat wave is about to go in full force across the area. Tonight we will see a hot and humid night across the area. Temperatures around our coastal areas will fall into the mid to upper 70s. Inland, lows will fall into the low to mid 70s. We should stay mainly clear, and no real threat of fog. Heat advisory has been issued for all of the area, except for the immediate coastline for Monday. Sunny conditions, will lead to a hot and humid day.

    MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – We are wrapping up a pretty hot and humid Saturday. A few lucky folks in Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties cashed in on some thunderstorms and rain. Those storms produced a lot of lightning. Tonight we will see warm and humid conditions continue. A few areas could see some patchy fog, some of the fog could be pretty dense. Overnight lows will be in the low to mid 70s overnight. As we head into Sunday, we will see another hot and humid day.

    MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – We are ending our Sunday on a much drier note. Most of the last several days, many of us picked up several rounds of showers and thunderstorms across the area. Today wasn’t as widespread. Some saw showers and storms, but a lot of dry areas as well. Tonight we will remain warm and humid. Lows falling into the low to mid 70s. Monday and Tuesday, will feature warm and humid conditions. That daily chance of seeing storms fire up.

    MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Thunderstorms continue to pop up across the area producing heavy rain, gusty winds, and lightning. Storms should come to an end overnight. It will be warm and humid with overnight lows in the mid 70s. Sunday will feature another day with scattered thunderstorms throughout the area. The day will start out with partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. As we get into the late morning hours, storms will first fire up near the coast.

    MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Strong and severe storms has passed through the area this afternoon. It left some downed trees, and power lines across the area. The overnight time frame will give us a another warm and humid night. Temperatures will fall into the low to mid 70s. A little patchy fog could be likely in a few locations early Monday morning. As we head into Monday, we will start the day on a warm and muggy note.
