YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Happening on April 8, WellSpan Health and a traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivor will host a free event at Guthrie Memorial Library to inform the public about strategies for TBI detection, prevention, recovery and resilience. Each year, more than two million Americans suffer some form of traumatic brain injury, the most frequent being a concussion. And many TBIs go undetected or misdiagnosed.

Anglers can start fishing at several different streams and lakes at 8 a.m. on April 5. Those who are fishing must have a fishing license.
