Current automatic cryo-EM protein complex modeling methods mostly rely on prior chain separation. However, chain separation without sequence guidance often suffers from errors caused by cross-chain interaction or noise densities, which would accumulate and mislead the subsequent steps.

Porous architecture and doping improve kinetics, supported by DFT calculations.

IntroductionOver the last few decades, the global prevalence of obesity has progressively risen, coinciding with changes in dietary and lifestyle patterns.1 According to data from the World Health Organization, in 1975, only 2.8% of the global population were considered obese, whereas by 2016, this figure had risen to 13% of adults, or ∼650 million people globally.2 Obesity negatively affects physiological functions and poses a significant threat to public health.
