Jade Grice, 40, a mum-of-two from west Hull, was diagnosed with mouth cancer in November last year. Since then, Jade has undergone surgery which means she can no longer speak and her family said they'd recently received the terrible news the cancer was terminal.

The proposed site for the development is on Main Road, Barnoldby-le-Beck, on land behind The Georgian House.
