Galaxy morphology is a cost-effective proxy for assessing galaxy diversity and its physical properties. Originally proposed by Hubble (1926), the Hubble classification scheme organized local galaxies into elliptical, lenticular, spiral, and irregular categories. The morphology of a galaxy is not only an external expression of its structure but is also closely related to its stellar population (González Delgado et al. 2015) and environment (Margoniner & de Carvalho 2000; Goto et al. 2003).

1 Introduction The fluctuations in the phase and amplitude of radio wave signals that transit the ionosphere are usually referred to as “scintillations” (Hey et al., 1946). A class of those fluctuations is caused by phase velocity changes of an electromagnetic wave crossing ionosphere irregularities, that is, plasma density variations with respect to the background ionosphere.

Low-mass X-ray binaries (LMXBs) are binary systems made up of a compact object, either a black hole (BH) or neutron star (NS), and a low-mass stellar companion. Mass is transferred from the star to the compact object via Roche Lobe overflow through the inner Lagrange point.

1 Introduction Equatorial plasma Irregularities (EPIs) signifies electron density irregularities in the nightside equatorial and low-latitude ionospheric F-region (Aa et al., 2020; Burke et al., 2004; F. Huang et al., 2021; Kil, 2015; Kuai et al., 2022; Park et al., 2008; Park, Mende, et al., 2022; Xiong et al., 2010).
