In the recently concluded Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission into government colleges across the state, students studying in government institutions have failed to secure top ranks, especially in the banking sector. Of the 891 students who ranked within the top 100 in bank-related CET results, only 30 were from government, central government, or aided colleges.
