INDIANAPOLIS - A spokesperson for the US Postal Service elected not to answer questions about "pockets" of delays leading to later-than-expected deliveries of packages in Indianapolis this holiday season. "A lot of it is staffing," said Paul Toms, president of Branch 39 of the National Association of Letter Carriers. FOX59/CBS4 became aware of delayed parcels from social media posts and messages from viewers. One viewer sent a screenshot of the USPS tracking of an expected package.

INDIANAPOLIS — How big is the problem of road rage shootings in central Indiana? The answer is elusive because there is surprisingly little solid information in this age of data-driven police work. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) gathers data on deaths caused by road rage or aggressive driving crashes but not vehicle-to-vehicle shooting deaths. The FBI collects information on shootings but not specifically road rage shootings.

ANDERSON, Ind. - The re-drawing of the city of Anderson Common Council districts, already two years overdue, is going to take even longer. On a 7-2 vote Tuesday night, council members decided to hire an outside consultant to assist with re-shaping district boundaries. That did not sit well with 4 th District Councilman Ollie Dixon. "They're trying to eliminate Black folks having a seat at the table," Dixon said.
