FOX59/CBS4 became aware of delayed parcels from social media posts and messages from viewers. One viewer sent a screenshot of the USPS tracking of an expected package.

The answer is elusive because there is surprisingly little solid information in this age of data-driven police work. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) gathers data on deaths caused by road rage or aggressive driving crashes but not vehicle-to-vehicle shooting deaths. The FBI collects information on shootings but not specifically road rage shootings.
