NORTH HAVEN - North Haven's top town and school officials are asking residents to support a 7 % increase in both budgets. The proposed $137.6 million spending plan calls for nearly $4.47 million and a little more than $4.47 million increases for both the town and the school side. Overall the requested increase is $9 million.

"Nobody likes to pay taxes but they are crucial," Elicker said.
