The trial of the Rockingham man began with three Vermont State Police troopers taking the stand, identifying bloody photographs taken that night from the troopers' body cameras and identifying two handguns found at the scene.

VERNON — A heavy-set, bearded man on a 'side by side' ATV is wanted for questioning by Vermont State Police for a nighttime trespassing incident at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power plant site. The trespassing did not reach the secured area immediately surrounding the plant, which is undergoing a $600 million demolition and cleanup. The only large building remaining at the site is the reactor building, which has been cleaned of most radioactivity.
