    A rally against the UK arms exports to Israel has been staged in Dublin as Prime Minister Keir Starmer visits the capital. More than 100 people staged the demonstration near the Spire on O'Connell Street this afternoon. Mr Starmer is in Ireland to meet Taoiseach Simon Harris and Irish business representatives. The Irish-Palestine Solidarity Campaign (IPSC) said it was staging the demonstration to "let the visiting British Prime Minister know that Ireland stands with Palestine".

Seven people were killed, including a mother and her three children. The Taoiseach called it "a vicious terrorist attack by the Russian regime".
