Connecting with Art today was a true pleasure for a myriad of reasons, one being that he lives with Multiple Sclerosis and does a TON of work with the National MS Society, including donating $1 from every ticket sold on this tour back to the fight against MS.

When our communities come together to create a space filled with hope, we continue to end the stigma of talking about mental health. Open to the public and free to attend, the 3rd Annual CRH Memorial Suicide Awareness Event exists to provide support and ultimately save lives, so mark your calendar for August 19th at The Mill on Lake Stevens to join the movement co-hosted by Only7Seconds. One of the highlights of the event will be the Lotus Run, which features 10k, 5k and 1 mile courses.

Registration is open now for the US Air Guitar Regional Competition at Pour Decisions in Seattle on Saturday, June 10th! This year, the charity partner is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, who do incredible work helping advance progress towards a cure for blood cancer.

In case you hadn't noticed, pickleball is ALL THE RAGE. As of 2022, its the official state sport of Washington and our local communities are LOVING it!What better way to celebrate the sport's popularity than by playing in a local tournament for a great cause?! The 1st Annual Rally for Kids Pickleball Tournament is happening at the end of May, and will support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County.
