(WAVE) - Despite the absence of planes overhead during what was intended to be Racing Louisville’s Thunder over Louisville match, more than 7,000 fans turned out to watch Racing take on the Washington Spirit. Washington dominated the game, holding 62% possession throughout. Ultimately, the Washington Spirit secured a victory, scoring two goals. However, it was still a significant match for several players on the Racing Louisville team.
