Property investor Jason Camuglia has sold his rare double land holding in Watsons Bay moments from the water to the tune of at least $22.7 million. The two adjacent properties totalled more than 1300 square metres, which he bought over three years for $18.78 million. Fast-forward to 2025, and Camuglia has made at least a 21 per cent increase on the price of his two properties.
