    Our state's health care industry is facing a massive workforce shortage that is creating a strain on access to care. Now, the Hospital and Health System Association of Pennsylvania says the commonwealth could see a shortage of over 20,000 care providers per year through 2032. Hospitals in the state report an average of 14 percent vacancies in registered nurse positions.     The driver of a motorcycle is calling for justice after saying he was a victim of road rage. Eastern Adams Regional Police Department says that the incident happened on Sunday when a motorcycle and a car collided on Lincoln Highway West, injuring the motorcyclist. John Kuchtiak, 19, says he was riding his motorcycle with Bronx Picarelli and another friend when he collided with a red SUV. "Am I going to be paralyzed? Am I ever going to walk again?
