In early February, 30-year-old nurse Adriana Smith was experiencing intense headaches and visited a local hospital to get checked over. Three weeks after viral TikTok toddler Preston Ordone died, his cause of death has been revealed. The two-year-old — known online as Okay Baby — died from blunt force injuries suffered in a car crash on April 24. According to PEOPLE, the St. Tammany Parish coroner stated the toddler’s death was accidental. Preston was in the car with his parents when the vehicle — which was being driven by his father Jaelan — left the road and hit a tree.

More than 15 years after Eskimo Joe’s hit song Foreign Land was released, band member Kav Temperley has revealed how the tragic death of acting legend and fellow West Aussie Heath Ledger inspired the single. The 46-year-old recalled the moment he found out about Ledger’s passing in 2008, saying he was just streets away from the movie star’s house in America on the day he died. “We had to go away to New York to do this amazing gala performance at the Lincoln Memorial Center,” Tamperley said.

A popular Kmart product has been recalled over risks it could cause burns to the skin. The Anko Heat Elbow Wrap — a rechargeable heat pad for use on the elbow — was recalled on Tuesday due to a fault which causes it to “overheat if it is positioned incorrectly or is wrapped around too tight on the elbow”. “(There is a) risk of burns injuries to the skin, with increased risk for heat-sensitive customers,” the recall stated. The product safety recall also confirmed injuries have already occured.
