One of those counties is Oscoda, where a small township is still dealing with power outages. Utility companies continue to work to get the power back on for everyone. Those still affected by power outages 19 days after the storm started are leaning on each other and prayer. "Kind of living off the grid with no grid," said Bernadette Evans.

Things are slowly returning to normal in several counties in the northern part of that state after that massive disaster. But close to three weeks later, some people still don't have power. Some have been using generators but sometimes those go out too.
