MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A shooting that put a South Memphis school on lockdown Thursday started when the owner of a stolen car found someone driving it, and someone opened fire, police said. Police were called to Modder Avenue and Castex Street at 3:30 for a shooting call. When they arrived, they found an unoccupied red Hyundai Sonata that had been shot at multiple times. ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (KDVR) — Over 50 people are out of their homes after a suspect vandalized a fire suppression system, causing major damage to an Englewood apartment building. In a video from the Englewood Police Department, water could be seen rushing down stairs in the east building of the Parkview Towers, near Pearl and Highway 285. Residents allowed FOX31 to see the damage inside, which showed water stains on the ceilings, dripping through light fixtures and flooding the floors.
