    FREDERICK COUNTY, MD (WBFF) - — Maryland State Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened on I-70 in Frederick County late Saturday night. The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Eduardo Alexander Alvarado Urrea from Silver Spring, Maryland. He was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical services. The incident took place at approximately 11:55 p.m. on Saturday.
