    AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Warmer than average weather returns today into our Easter weekend. Storms look possible next week. Nice warm up today with highs in the mid-80s and upper 80s this weekend. Wind this afternoon will be out of the south between 7-11 mph. No rain in the forecast through the weekend, so looking good for outdoor plans. Skies will be mostly cloudy Sunday. Morning lows Saturday and Sunday morning will be near 60, about 10 degrees above average for this time of year.

(WRDW/WAGT) - Sunshine with cooler than average temperatures will continue Sunday, then we can look forward to a brief warm up Monday, before another cool front drops temperatures below average again Tuesday through Thursday. Warmer than average weather returns Friday into next weekend. The warmest day of the week ahead will be Monday when we can expect a sunny sky with highs warmer than average in the lower to middle 80s.

    AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Morning lows in the mid-40s are possible Thursday morning. Rain will move through late Thursday night into early Friday morning. Windy Friday as the front pushes through with gusts near 30 mph. Dry weekend ahead with temperatures slightly cooler than average. Chilly start Thursday morning in the mid-40s. Thursday afternoon will be mostly sunny with a few clouds and high temperatures reaching the upper 70s.

    AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Behind the front, much cooler air moves in for the majority of this week. Morning lows near 40° are possible Wednesday and Thursday morning. As of now, it does not look like there will be any frost concerns for your spring garden, but you will want to monitor the forecast for changes. High temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday will be near 70° after cooler mornings in the 40s. Wind doesn’t look too breezy the next few days and should be sustained less than 10 mph.
