Jon Edwards, the NASCAR team’s longtime director of communications, died April 10. He was 52. The University of North Carolina graduate had served as Jeff Gordon’s public relations representative since 1994 and was the primary media contact for Larson since he joined Hendrick in 2021.

Attending his two older brothers' games since he was 3 gave Santos a taste of the joy that baseball brings. And even though he played "every sport you can think of" growing up in the Los Angeles suburbs, baseball became his passion. Santos, 41, has accomplished his childhood dream.
