WASHINGTON (BP) – The Supreme Court heard oral arguments Wednesday (April 2) in a case that will decide the fate of South Carolina’s effort to defund Planned Parenthood by barring abortion clinics in the state from participating in Medicaid programs. The case, Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, will decide whether the Medicaid Act’s “any-qualified-provider provision,” which gives beneficiaries the right to choose their provider, includes providers that perform abortions.

Such an embarrassing loss for Duke. Messed around for too long when they could have put them away a while ago. Couldn’t handle the press for one minute and it cost them. Robbed of a great matchup with Florida. Great Final Four though.
