The Osun State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of two kidnappers who are ex-convict after being involved in a road accident on the Osogbo/Ibadan Expressway with their victim. The kidnappers abducted their victim about 7:20pm on March 3 after she boarded their ‘‘commercial vehicle’’. They tied the victim’s legs and hands, blindfolded her as they demanded cash and her ATM card. However, they had an accident.
