JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement shared photos of a woman they say was arrested by Jacksonville special agents on Thursday. In a social media post, FDLE referred to the woman as a "back-alley beautician," alleging she was importing and injecting people with a "mystery mail-order facial filler." FDLE said she was operating out of her apartment without a medical license. According to the post, the woman is a Ukrainian national in the United States on a work visa.
