LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- If you like underdog stories in the Derby, you need to take a look at Coal Battle. He has won more races than any other horse in the field (five in eight starts) and his trainer is a veteran of the track who never dreamed of having a horse in this race. CHARLESTOWN, Ind. (WDRB) -- Lanesville girls basketball has known great success in recent years. This year is no exception with a 7th consecutive sectional title earned last week.  But things are a little different this year. Head coach Angie Hinton has won 88 percent of her games in 7 seasons at Lanesville, 94 percent in the last four. That includes back-to-back state 1A titles the last two seasons, success that by Indiana High School rules, automatically bumped them up to class 2A this season.
