Well it looks like it just did. Dave Newbern and Tommy Lee Byrd got to talking at Tommy’s swap meet and the next thing you know, Dave was getting a tour of Tommy’s place and it was all down hill from there.

The ClassicParts.com C10 Nationals presented by Chevrolet Performance is America’s largest truck show, and the Tennessee event featured more than 1,600 Chevrolet and GMC trucks of all varieties.

It’s an old funny car go-kart, with the Pepsi Challenger livery, that he and his son recently picked up and are trying to bring back to life. The easy way to go about it would be to sand the thing down and give it a new paint job, but that isn’t how Tommy rolls.
