    Construction at the intersection of National Avenue and Division Street will close multiple lanes starting Aug. 5, the city announced. At least one lane of traffic flow in each direction is expected to remain open for a large part of the construction. However, work on the railroad crossing and integration with the intersection will require a near-full closure of the intersection for more than a month starting around September, according to a city news release.
