According to the Associated Press, he is the first American pope in history. He is an American missionary spent his career ministering in Peru and led the Vatican’s powerful office of bishops. Prevost, 69, took the name Leo XIV.
Georgetown woman charged for driving toward correctional officer

GEORGETOWN, Del. – A Georgetown woman is facing charges after Delaware State Police say she drove toward a Correctional Officer who was supervising a work crew in Ellendale. According to police, the incident happened on May 2 around 8:47 a.m. on Reynolds Pond Road, where a Department of Correction work crew from the Sussex Community Corrections Center was operating under supervision. Troopers say 26-year-old Inessa Bagwell was seen speaking with the people on the work crew.
Breeze Airways announces nonstop Salisbury-Orlando flights starting Oct. 1

SALISBURY, Md. — Breeze Airways is bringing its services to Salisbury. The airline announced new nonstop flights to Orlando beginning Oct. 1. Flights will run twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, between Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport and Orlando International Airport.
