LOUISVILLE, Ky. — In the last six weeks, the property manager and property owner at the Vue at 3rd apartment building in downtown Louisville have been making changes. "They have armed security now, if you come in after 12, you have to sign-in now and put the apartment location you're going to," Marcus Brewster said, who's lived there since October 2024. Houseless people coming into the building and hanging around was one of Brewster's concerns when WHAS11 met him in March.

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — When Senate Bill 1 passed in the Indiana Legislature and was signed by Governor Mike Braun, leaders in Jeffersonville and Utica knew their much-anticipated fire territory merger would have to go through an intense vetting and be reduced in scope to comply with the new law. The budget came out the other side of that vetting, and Mayor Mike Moore no longer supports the plan. "The whole plan was to provide ambulance service, that's what Jeffersonville got out of this.

The company says Noel is in violation of a lease for a 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450 and owes them $29,570.95 for the lease and another $2,131 for "associated costs" and court costs. The EQS is an electric four-door sedan.

The discipline was finalized on April 1 and was shared with FOCUS on April 30. The assault on inmate Dontaye Williams occurred around 10:30 p.m. on September 24, 2024. Fulner was escorting Williams to a holding cell after he had destroyed a Narcan box somewhere in the jail.

FRENCH LICK, Ind. — The final price tag is in for Jamey Noel's car collection and it exceeded the goal set by the Indiana auction company. Noel's 43 classic cars brought in a total of $1,204,450. An auction fee and a fee for rehabbing the cars likely still needs to be applied. "Well, we're really happy, but more importantly we're happy for the citizens of the (Clark) county. Because they're gonna be getting back as much of the money as we can," Peter Gehres with Freije & Freije Auctioneers said.

I’m still waiting for the auction company to give me the final tally, but their website indicates $1.2 mil. from Noel’s 43 cars. Judge Larry Medlock swung the gavel to sell the most expensive car for $175k ⁦@WHAS11⁩ https://t.co/XXRHbfFYx9
