The Good Dairy Company Ice Cream shop opens this Sunday, April 13th, serving farm to fork ice cream, handmade on a dairy farm in nearby Nohoval using milk and cream from the owners’ pedigree Friesian cows.

After an epic renovation project that saw a derelict hotel revived after four decades in ruins, sisters Aislinn and Nicole O’Shea are almost ready to open the doors of The Little Island Resort, a boutique retreat overlooking Owenahincha Beach. The property has been meticulously restored and reimagined while keeping as much of the original building as possible, including an outdoor pool. The doors will open to paying guests this May, with sea view rooms starting at €180 per night.
