The driver of a tractor-trailer involved in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 95 that left two road surveyors dead is being held without bail in the Brevard County jail, officials said. Hassan Abdirahman Sheikh Ali, 36, of Charlotte, N.C., faces two counts of leaving the scene of a crash involving death in connection with the May 2 crash. He will be arraigned at the Moore Justice Center in Viera on May 23. A hit-and-run crash on Interstate 95 in Palm Bay on May 2 left two people dead.
