WARM WITH SOME SHOWERSWe’re waking up to some light showers moving through the region this morning, so don’t be surprised if it feels a bit damp when you step outside. Keep the rain gear handy, though we’ll also catch some breaks of dry time as we head through the day. Highs today will once again climb into the 60s—another mild one for mid-April! But keep an eye on the sky this afternoon and evening, as more scattered showers are expected to develop.

The afternoon could end up dry, cloudy, and breezy in most towns! Plan on highs in the low to mid 60s in the Boston area with gusts 30-40 mph. FRIDAY IMPROVEMENTSWe’re expecting a final batch of scattered showers overnight through sunrise Friday. Then, skies will clear from north to south.

Beautiful sunset over Boston tonight! https://t.co/lp2oFS1dH4

We’re starting the day with showers, but rain will wind down this afternoon. I wouldn’t rule out a few breaks of sunshine later today with highs in the 50s! https://t.co/Hyxh5fvSJS

More rain in the forecast over the next few days, temperatures are bouncing back and forth too! https://t.co/rZkmo6fa7h
