TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -Changes to Topeka’s Metro-0n-Demand services were approved at a special board meeting Monday evening. MOD will see increases to the current fare from $2 to $6 and a premium fare of $15 will be applied for trips to 29th and Croco Road. The MOD service area will also be reduced from 7 square miles to 4.
