Dungannon DUP Councillor Clement Cuthbertson was sanctioned after an Adjudication Hearing held on Tuesday, April 9. Adjudication Commissioner Ian Gordon ruled that a Facebook post made by the councillor breached the Local Government Code of Conduct.
