    VICTORIANS are largely confused about the legal use of car horns, according to an RACV online poll. Only 11 per cent of 1,200 respondents selected the correct answer “To warn others of the position of your vehicle” when responding to the question “When is it legal to use your car horn?”. RACV head of policy James Williams said it was important for motorists to understand when it was legal to use their car horn.

Through consultation with clubs over the past two years, AFL Barwon has worked to provide greater inclusivity, exposure and connection within the club.
