AbstractGliomas exhibit high heterogeneity and poor prognosis. Despite substantial progress has been made at the genomic and transcriptomic levels, comprehensive proteomic characterization and its implications remain largely unexplored. In this study, we perform proteomic profiling of gliomas using 343 formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tumor samples and 53 normal-appearing brain samples from 188 patients, integrating these data with genomic panel information and clinical outcomes.

BEIJING, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) -- The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) announced on Wednesday that it has filed an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in the case relating to American sprinter Erriyon Knighton who was allowed to compete at Paris 2024 after being cleared over a doping case. Knighton tested positive for the banned steroid trenbolone during an out-of-competition test on March 26.
