AbstractReal-time detection of conveyor belt tearing is of great significance to ensure mining in the coal industry. The longitudinal tear damage problem of conveyor belts has the characteristics of multi-scale, abundant small targets, and complex interference sources. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of small-size tear damage detection algorithms under complex interference, a visual detection method YOLO-STOD based on deep learning was proposed.

AbstractThe systematic identification and functional characterization of noncanonical translation products, such as novel peptides, will facilitate the understanding of the human genome and provide new insights into cell biology. Here, we constructed a high-coverage peptide sequencing reference library with 11,668,944 open reading frames and employed an ultrafiltration tandem mass spectrometry assay to identify novel peptides.

AbstractDirect carbonylation of CH4 to CH3COOH provides a promising pathway for upgrading of natural gas to transportable liquid chemicals, in which high-efficiency CH4 activation and controllable C–C coupling are both critical but challenging. Herein, we report that highly efficient photo-driven carbonylation of CH4 with CO and O2 to CH3COOH is achieved over MoS2-confined Rh-Zn atomic-pair in conjunction with TiO2.
