We polled a bunch of Texans asking them "What's The Trashiest Thing About You?" Get ready for some really fun answers. Of course, "trashy" is a bit in the eye of the beholder. Then again, eating nachos over the sink, or having a tramp stamp might make one an auto-qualifier (but, man...I really like those tramp stamps).

Texas is a lot of things—some good, some bad—but after a string of poor rankings, the Lone Star State finally has something to celebrate. In a new WalletHub survey, Texas was ranked as having the 8th best economy in the nation. That’s solid news, especially considering the scope of the study. The report analyzed three key areas: Economic Activity, Economic Health, and Innovation Potential, each broken down into numerous metrics.

Texas has a problem with a word, that shouldn't be a problem. Learn how to spell an easy word today!A recent survey compiled the words each state Googled how to spell. The word for Texas is actually one of the easier ones—so why not learn it today? I have made a number of visits to Post, Texas. I also frequently stop on my way to Austin. You could say I'm a little familiar with the town. Post is about 40 to 45 minutes from Lubbock. It's a perfect stop when traveling and a very nice little drive just to get out of town. The road was more frequently used during "Old Mill Trade Days" but the town still has plenty to offer. So, what do you do if you visit Post?

Don't know whether to tweet or Facebook. Y'know, the same problem the pioneers had when they went West.
