Distributed flowshop group scheduling problem (DFGSP) is commonly seen in modern industry. However, research works on DFGSP with total flow time criterion are rarely reported. The DFGSP consists of three coupled sub-problems, i.e., factory assignment for each group, group sequence in each factory, and job sequence within each group. A historical information-based iterated greedy algorithm (HIG) is proposed for solving the DFGSP with the objective of minimizing total flow time.

AbstractBackground: The SBT (Subtilisin-like serine protease) protein, acting as a crucial serine protease, exerts multifaceted roles in orchestrating plant growth, development, and defense responses by modulating cell wall characteristics and activities of extracellular signaling molecules. Despite extensive investigations into SBT family genes in model dicotyledonous plants like Arabidopsis, no studies have yet delved into the SBT gene family in soybean.

AbstractA highly transmissible SARS-CoV-2 variant JN.1 is rapidly spreading throughout the nation, becoming the predominant strain in China and worldwide. However, the current immunity against the circulating JN.1 at population level has yet to be fully evaluated. We recruited representative cohorts with stratified age groups and diverse combinations of vaccination and/or infection in recent months, and promptly assessed humoral immunity for these subjects predominantly exhibiting hybrid immunity.

1 INTRODUCTION In the West, women make up about two fifth of obesity.1 Over a third of adults in the United States have been found to be overweight, and almost half of them are middle aged.2 High body mass index (BMI) leads to an increased incidence of complications during and after the operation of a hysterectomy.3, 4 Because of the increased non-antagonism of oestrogen in hormone responsive tissues, it is implicated as a cause in many gynaecological diseases, including abnormal uterine...
