KANO ModelThe Kano model statistically measures the satisfaction of each demand indicator through the Kano questionnaire, which can effectively categorize user demand and help us understand the non-linear nature of demand [73]. The model provides a more resource-efficient and effective tool for capturing the indicators that need to be improved for the urban renewal of waterfront public spaces in winter cities.
