1. IntroductionHigh-speed railways are widely considered one of the most efficient forms of transportation because of their benefits in safety, comfort, and reliability. However, as high-speed railway networks rapidly develop, the noise generated by trains significantly increases with operating speeds, presenting a serious environmental challenge to areas adjacent to the railway lines.
