The H. coralloides strain (JLAU_857) was obtained from the Mushroom Base of Jilin Agricultural University. For the pure culture of H. coralloides, the strain was maintained on potato dextrose agar (Combine the extract of 200 g potato, 20 g of glucose, and 20 g of agarose in 1000 mL of water.) and incubated at 25 °C for 5‒7 days. Then the agar with mycelium was cut into 1 × 1 cm pieces, and 8 pieces were placed into broth (500 mL) and shaken culture (160 rpm) at 25℃ for 6 to 7 days.

Trois pandas géants, nés en Belgique, sont arrivés mercredi matin dans la ville de Chengdu, dans la province chinoise du Sichuan (sud-ouest). A leur arrivée, les trois pandas géants - Tian Bao, Bao Di et Bao Mei - ont été placés en quarantaine au Centre chinois de conservation et de recherche sur le panda géant. Tian Bao est né en Belgique en juin 2016, tandis que les jumeaux, Bao Di et Bao Mei, sont nés en août 2019.

1. IntroductionAs the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference gets underway, the new report from the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) indicates that global efforts to achieve climate targets are falling short of expectations. Existing climate plans have failed to limit global warming to 1.5 °C. Realizing the Paris Agreement is improbable. Accelerating the carbon peaking process is imperative.

Un couple de pandas géants offert par le gouvernement central à la Région administrative spéciale de Hong Kong de la Chine a quitté jeudi matin la province du Sichuan (sud-ouest) à bord d'un vol à destination de Hong Kong. Le couple, An An et Ke Ke, a quitté l'aéroport international Shuangliu de Chengdu aux alentours de 9h00 et devrait arriver à Hong Kong vers 11h30, selon le Centre chinois de conservation et de recherche sur le panda géant.
