1. IntroductionGDM is defined as any degree of glucose intolerance with onset or initial recognition during pregnancy [1]. In 2022, the estimated prevalence of gestational diabetes worldwide was 14% [2], with a projected rate of 11% in China [3]. This prevalence has shown a consistent year-on-year increase. Pregnancy-related hyperglycemia is linked to a series of adverse pregnancy outcomes for mothers and infants.
