It's expected to reopen at 8 p.m.Dark smoke could be seen billowing into the air. Michael Stewart of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority confirmed that there is structural damage to the hourly garage. "We don't have the specific numbers, but we know there was damage to the garage," Stewart said. "We're not reporting any injuries.
